     A Virtual Learning Commons for Bay Farm School

    Welcome to Bay Farm's Library/Media Center...    where where we love to read!

During our weekly visits we learn about the library, great books to read, webtools for learning, how to access and use information, research and note-taking, and so much more!  We check out books, keep reading records of the books we read, and win buttons for reading books during the year. We learn how to access information on the internet safely, and use our Library website 24/7 to extend what we are learning in our classrooms and in the Library. We also reach out to others to spread the joy of reading through our many learning projects that make a difference!  Join us here online!

We are 1:1 iPads in our Library/Media Center. We know that many of our students also have iPads or other IOS devices at home for personal use. Here are some of the iPad apps we are using at Bay Farm that you might want to purchase for online learning at home!
